What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be the bridge between our customers and our technicians—and a pretty important one.
- Own the customer experience from appointment booking through vehicle delivery.
- Build long-term customer relationships through trust, transparency, and great communication.
- Greet customers, understand their concerns, and recommend the right maintenance and repairs.
- Review vehicle history and inspection results to identify maintenance and service opportunities.
- Translate technician findings into clear, understandable recommendations for customers.
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. The more updates, the better.
- Prepare, review, and close repair orders accurately and efficiently.
- Review completed work for accuracy, pricing, and quality before the vehicle goes home.
- Process warranty claims and help customers navigate available payment options.
- Work closely with technicians and parts staff to keep workflow efficient and productive.
- Help maximize technician productivity and overall shop performance.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and find effective solutions.
- Support the Service Manager and contribute to a positive, accountable, high-performing department.
- Bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to improve the service experience.
Who We’re Looking For

Must-haves:
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience.(Top Performer)
- Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The confidence to recommend necessary services without coming across like a salesperson reading a script.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- The ability to stay calm, focused, and effective when the service drive gets busy.
- A proven track record of building customer relationships and generating service business.
- A self-motivated, accountable approach to your work.
- Professionalism, pride in your appearance, and pride in your work.
- A team-first attitude with the potential and desire to take on leadership responsibilities.
