A bakery and food production company is seeking a dependable and experienced AZ Driver / Shipping and Receiving Forklift Operator.
Please note that this is not a full-time driving-only position. Approximately 20% of the job involves driving, while the remaining 80% consists of shipping, receiving and general warehouse duties.
The selected candidate will drive a truck primarily between the facilities, two of which are adjacent to each other, with another facility located only a few kilometres away. The employee must also be comfortable working physically in the warehouse throughout the shift.

- Monday to Friday
- 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.
- Occasional Saturday shifts may be required
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate AZ-class trucks between company facilities
- Complete short-distance transfers of products and materials
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Work in the shipping and receiving area
- Operate Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
- Load and unload trucks
- Receive, move and organize products and materials
- Prepare orders and products for shipment
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving and delivery documentation
- Assist with inventory and other general warehouse duties
- Communicate effectively with warehouse, production and shipping teams
- Follow all company, warehouse, food safety and road safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid AZ driver’s licence is required
- Clean driver’s abstract and CVOR
- Minimum two years of AZ driving experience preferred
- Experience operating Raymond Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
- Valid forklift certification is preferred
- Previous shipping and receiving experience
- Ability and willingness to perform physical warehouse work
- Ability to lift, load and unload products safely
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual and professional
