About Us
We're one of BC's fastest-growing craft breweries, home to two brands: Farm Country Brewing, a Langley taproom favourite, and Baadshah Beer, sold in 250+ across BC and expanding into Alberta and Manitoba. We're small, fast-moving, and growing fast — and we need a proven closer to own one of BC's best beer corridors.
The Role
You'll own the Vancouver-to-Whistler territory — pubs, bars, restaurants, and private liquor stores (LRS) from downtown Vancouver up the Sea-to-Sky to Squamish and Whistler. This is a field sales role for someone who already knows this market: you're in accounts every day, not behind a desk.
- Grow and open pub, bar, restaurant, and LRS accounts across Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Squamish, and Whistler
- Leverage your existing licensee relationships to land taps, shelf placements, and cold box space fast
- Run tastings, staff trainings, and promotional programs
- Track sales activity and report weekly (we run a data-driven sales operation)
- Coordinate deliveries and merchandising with our warehouse
What You Bring — Non-Negotiables
- Established relationships with pubs, bars, restaurants, and LRS in the Vancouver–Whistler corridor — this is a must. You should be able to walk into accounts that already know your name.
- 2+ years of beverage alcohol sales (beer strongly preferred)
- Valid BC driver's licence and reliable vehicle (mileage compensated)
- Serving It Right certification
- Self-starter who runs a territory independently
Room to Grow
This isn't a capped rep job. We're expanding into Alberta, Manitoba, and beyond — the person who proves out this territory has a direct path to Sales Manager / provincial lead as we scale. You'll work directly with ownership; your ideas get implemented in days, not quarters.
Compensation
$45,000–$55,000 base + uncapped commission — realistic first-year OTE $65,000+, with no ceiling for top performers. Bring your accounts, get paid for every one of them.
