Neegan Development is currently accepting resumes for experienced Labourers to join our team at Syncrude Basemine. This is a safety-sensitive position working a 7/7 rotation (7 days on, 7 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off).

Perform general labour duties as assigned by the Foreman.

Operate light vehicles safely within the mine site.

Use and maintain appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety requirements.

Communicate effectively with supervisors, operators, and other site personnel.

Demonstrate strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.

Follow all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.

Minimum 2 years of recent labourer experience in light/heavy civil construction, earthworks, road building, or mining.

Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence.

Clean 3-year driver's abstract.

Physically capable of performing demanding labour in varying weather conditions.

Ability to work long hours and a rotating shift schedule.

Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
