Piper Arms Barrhaven is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bartenders / Servers to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide excellent customer service, take food and beverage orders, and ensure guests have a great dining and bar experience. Duties
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Provide friendly, attentive service and check in with guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines
- Support team members during busy service periods
Requirements
- Previous serving or bartending experience preferred
- Smart Serve certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team player
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
