We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Business Development Manager – Break/Fix & Staffing Services to help us grow our client base and expand our business in IT field services and staffing solutions.
Position Summary
The ideal candidate must have proven experience in selling IT break/fix services, onsite field technician support, managed IT services, and staffing services. This role is focused on generating new business, building strong client relationships, onboarding new accounts, and increasing company revenue.
The candidate should understand the IT services market and be comfortable approaching MSPs, system integrators, enterprise clients, retail chains, restaurants, banks, healthcare organizations, logistics companies, IT managers, procurement teams, and companies requiring onsite technical support or contract IT resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for IT break/fix services and staffing services.
- Identify and approach clients who require onsite IT technicians, field support, POS support, desktop support, network support, cabling support, or contract IT resources.
- Build relationships with MSPs, system integrators, IT service providers, enterprise clients, procurement teams, and technology decision-makers.
- Promote XEN AI Inc.’s break/fix support, IT field services, dispatch services, managed IT support, and staffing solutions.
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, networking, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT service or staffing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, rate cards, service presentations, quotes, and client communication.
- Work closely with dispatch, recruitment, operations, and technical teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, emails, meetings, opportunities, client requirements, and follow-up activities.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Manage existing accounts and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales, client onboarding, and revenue targets.
- Provide regular sales updates and pipeline reports to management.
Required Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT business development, IT sales, break/fix services sales, staffing sales, managed services sales, or B2B technology sales.
- Proven experience selling one or more of the following services:
- IT break/fix support
- Onsite field technician dispatch
- POS support
- Desktop and laptop support
- Network equipment support
- Structured cabling support
- Managed IT services
- IT staffing services
- Contract technical resources
- Project-based IT rollout support
- Experience working with MSPs, system integrators, enterprise clients, procurement teams, IT managers, or operations teams.
- Existing client network in IT services, staffing, or technology support will be considered a strong asset.

Preferred Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate who already understands the IT services and staffing market. The ideal candidate should have experience selling services to clients who need onsite IT technicians, break/fix support, hardware support, field dispatch, managed IT support, or contract IT resources.
The candidate should be able to bring new opportunities, open client conversations, generate qualified leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and help XEN AI Inc. grow its break/fix and staffing services business.
