Job Summary
Super Kids Camp is looking for high-energy, motivated individuals (Ages 16+) to join our team as Summer Program
Leaders at our High Park - Runnymede location. This is an active, engaging role where you will facilitate theater, sports, and science-themed activities for children aged 6–12.
Important: This position requires mandatory availability from July 20 – 31, 2026.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead Activities: Facilitate and run daily arts, theater, sports, and science-themed games.
- Ensure Safety: Maintain a 7:1 camper-to-staff ratio with constant engagement and supervision.
- Mentorship: Manage group dynamics and behavior with a positive, respectful attitude.
- Communication: Provide daily updates to parents and collaborate effectively with your team members.
Mandatory Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Availability: Must be available for the full core block (July 20 – August 7).
- Age: Must be 16 or older by July 20, 2026.
- Certifications: You must possess (or be willing to obtain at your own expense) a Vulnerable Sector
- Police Check and Standard First Aid & CPR Level C.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of sports coaching and 100+ hours of experience/volunteering with children is required.
- Local Knowledge: Comfort working outdoors in the High Park area and community settings.
Schedule & Location
- Core Dates: July 20th – 31st, 2026 (Part-Time hours).
- Location: Toronto, ON M6S 3S1 (High Park). Candidates must be able to commute reliably to this location.
Pay: $17.60 per hour
