The Role
As our Estimating Manager you will be the driving force behind our estimating department’s success. You will lead a dedicated team of employees, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance. This role is critical to ensuring our projects are estimated and delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute departmental goals that align with the broader company objectives.
- Team Management: Mentor, coach, and manage a team of professionals, driving engagement and professional development.
- Operations & Performance: Oversee daily estimating, monitor key performance indicators and optimize estimating processes for efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal executives.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of proven estimating experience within the demolition/abatement industry.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
