What You'll Be Responsible For
Leading, motivating, and developing a team to achieve studio goals

Driving membership growth, retention, and overall studio performance

Coaching and mentoring staff to improve sales, service, and operational excellence

Holding team members accountable to performance expectations and KPIs

Executing marketing, social media, community outreach, and lead generation initiatives

Building relationships within the local community to increase brand awareness

Creating a positive, high-performance culture that team members want to be part of

Ensuring members receive an exceptional experience from their first visit onward

Monitoring studio performance metrics and implementing strategies for continuous improvement
