What We're Looking For
Reach Truck Operators
- Minimum 2 years of recent, hands-on raymond reach experience
- Confident operating in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Experience with order picking, put-away, replenishment, and shipping/receiving
- Comfortable working at heights and handling high-volume inventory
Counterbalance Forklift Operators
- Minimum 1 year of recent Counterbalance experience
- Experience loading and unloading trailers safely and efficiently
- Comfortable moving large, heavy, or oversized products
- Shipping, receiving, and warehouse experience considered an asset
Preferred Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (External)
- Strong attention to safety and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
- Strong work ethic with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an asset
