The Role - Cafe Bistro Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Café Manager to lead our café operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for food service, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests.
Duties
- Manage daily café operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service - foh + boh.
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, serving, and customer service standards
- In charge of sceduling then foh + boh teams.
- Oversee food handling and safety protocols in compliance with health regulations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and hospitality throughout the café
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and industry best practices
Skills
- Experience in cafe management and food service environments
- Strong leadership and team management skills with supervising experience
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standards, as well as coffee experience. s
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food safety and cleanliness protocols
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and motivate staff to deliver excellent service
