About the Role
Victory Merchant Services is seeking motivated and ambitious Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a field-based, outside sales position focused on helping businesses improve their payment processing solutions while reducing costs.
As a Merchant Services Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business by meeting directly with business owners, presenting merchant service solutions, and closing new accounts. This role is ideal for self-starters who enjoy building relationships, working independently, and earning uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and visit small and medium-sized businesses within assigned territories
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with business owners and decision-makers
- Present payment processing and merchant service solutions
- Analyze current merchant statements and identify savings opportunities
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and door-to-door prospecting
- Close sales and onboard new merchants
- Develop long-term relationships with clients
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
QualificationsRequired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable with door-to-door and face-to-face B2B sales
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license

Work Environment
This is an on-the-road sales position. Representatives spend the majority of their time meeting with business owners and decision-makers within their assigned territories. The ideal candidate is comfortable prospecting, building relationships, and closing deals in a face-to-face environment.
