Role Summary
The Entry‑Level Mechanical Engineer supports the design, development, and improvement of mechanical components and assemblies, with a strong emphasis on 3D modeling using SolidWorks. This role is ideal for a technically driven individual who can translate concepts into accurate models, drawings, and production‑ready documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed SolidWorks 3D models, assemblies, and engineering drawings.
- Assist in mechanical design projects, including prototyping, testing, and revisions.
- Perform basic engineering calculations to support design decisions.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to refine designs and ensure manufacturability.
- Update and maintain CAD libraries, BOMs, and project documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in product design and development.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks 3D, including part modeling, assemblies, and drawings.
- Understanding of mechanical principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn from senior engineers.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
