Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new client relationships, providing tailored insurance solutions, and maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities
- Engage in outside sales activities to identify and acquire new clients
- Conduct retail sales of various insurance products, including life, health, auto, and home insurance, which may be taught post induction
- Provide personalized insurance consultations to clients based on their individual needs
- Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, policy processing, and follow-up
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and schedule appointmentsand renewals
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand the client base
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy details
- Negotiate terms with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Excellent negotiation and analysis skills to assess client needs effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in Spanish, are highly desirable
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Knowledge of sales administration processes and marketing strategies is beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and maintain long-term client trust
