Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
This is a full Time Position Monday - Friday 9am-6pm.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly manner
- Answering and directing all incoming calls
- Collecting payment from customers both in person and over the phone
- Signing in/out courtesy vehicles and following company procedure
- Daily close out
- Filing
- Incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting all departments where needed
Requirements
- Computer experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to think fast, find answers and respond quickly to customer issues
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication
