We’re a fast-growing GTA fire-protection firm that designs, installs, inspects, and services fire-alarm, sprinkler, suppression, and life-safety systems for commercial, industrial, and multi-unit residential clients. We’re hiring a hunter to own PMA and service-contract sales across the Greater Toronto Area, and we’ll give you the autonomy of a small well established, entrepreneurial team with the residual upside the big players won’t offer.

What You’ll Do
- Hunt. Proactively prospect, cold-call, and network to win new PMA and service contracts across the GTA.
- Own the full sales cycle. Qualify leads, conduct site surveys, build proposals and estimates, and close.
- Target the right buyers. Building owners, property managers, facility/building-service companies, electrical contractors and general contractors.
- Grow accounts. Own your accounts - inspections, deficiency repairs, retrofits, and upgrades.
- Manage your pipeline. Keep accurate records of activity, forecasts, and client interactions in CRM.
- Partner with operations. Coordinate with the technical team to deliver service and stay code compliant.
- Hit your number. Meet and exceed individual sales and revenue targets.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience — ideally in fire protection, building services, facility maintenance, industrial contracting, or a related technical field.
- A true hunter’s mentality — you prospect relentlessly, you’re comfortable cold-calling, and you love to close.
- Service-selling ability — proven success selling intangible, service-based offerings, not just products.
- Strong communication & presence — confident with owners, property managers, contractors, and decision-makers.
- Self-driven and independent — you thrive owning a territory without being managed step-by-step.
- A valid Ontario driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for site visits.
- Bonus: familiarity with fire & life-safety codes/standards, CRM software, or prior fire-protection experience. If you’ve got the drive, we’ll train the technical.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary $55,000–$85,000, based on experience.
