You chose this work because it matters.
We are building a place where that choice is honored.
The Kinder Roots Approach Kinder Roots is a design-forward early childhood academy serving children from three months to five years across three programs: Infant Toddler, JK1, and JK2. Our flagship 116-child academy opens in Squamish in fall 2026, and we are building a team of educators who want to do this work the way it deserves to be done.
The Kinder Curriculum is our proprietary framework. It integrates Montessori and Reggio Emilia within four pillars: Design Forward, Rooted in Nature, Kinetic Joy, and Mindful Foundation. Five learning paths (Sky, Coral, Sage, Neon, Forest) shape each child's daily rhythm. Every classroom, material, and ritual is built around one founding belief: the environments children inhabit shape their nervous system, their sense of safety, and the foundation from which identity emerges.
This is not a centre. It is an academy. The educators who join us are part of building something that will set a new standard for early education in British Columbia.
The Roles:

ECE Assistant (ECEA). You hold your BC ECEA certification, or are actively progressing toward your full ECE. You support classroom routines, daily care, and the Kinder Roots standard alongside your team.
