We are looking for an experienced Barista to join team! The right applicant must have positive attitude, enthusiastic, responsible, motivated, energetic and friendly. Hard working individual that is knowledgeable, passionate and driven to provide excellent customer service. Availability to work evenings and weekends is necessary.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
- Following operational procedures and policies for customer and coffee service.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks such as teas, iced drinks, specialty coffees like espressos, cappuccino
- Cafe art latte technique is a MUST!
- Provide prompt and courteous service to all customers.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station and follow health regulations.
- Ability to stand for 6-8 hours shift, ability to lift 15 lbs when required, making beverages in busy high pace patisserie/café environment.
- Contribute to a positive team environment, work well individually and as part of the team.
- Must be punctual, consistent and proficient skills to communicate in the English language.
- At least 2+ years in coffee service industry
- Tidy and self disciplined, detailed oriented and passionate about product quality and customer service.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
