Auto Body Repair Planner & CSR Empire Collision - Edmonton, AB
Job Description
Empire Collision is looking for a full-time, career-minded, Repair Planner with a strong background in customer service to work in one of our locations. If you have previous experience in the industry is a plus but not necessary. Strong customer service skills, willingness to learn and great work ethic are paramount. Must be willing to embrace a team atmosphere and be process driven. If this sounds like you, we would love to have you join our Empire Family/Team.
Responsibilities
- Excellent customer service
- Desire to learn and change with the industry
- Ability to adapt to and change with organizational policy
- Assess vehicle damage and creating an initial repair order estimate
- Maintain regular contact with the appropriate insurance company to advise on vehicle repair status
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during and after the repair by providing information, repair updates, and a high level of service throughout the process
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, and follow safety guidelines
- Complete tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Billing Insurance Companies
- Data Entry
Requirements:
- Experience with Mitchell and/or Audatex estimating software is a bonus but not required
- Superior Customer Service and Organizational Skills.
- Ability to multitasks within a team oriented bodyshop
- Good communication skills and great attitude
- Valid Driver’s License
- Works well in a team environment as well as individually with little supervision
