WD Swim School is a growing swim school dedicated to helping build confidence and lifelong swimming skills in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. We're looking for an enthusiastic Deck Supervisor / Aquatic Supervisor to lead our instructional team, ensure a safe learning environment, and deliver an outstanding experience for students and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support swim instructors, ensuring lessons follow the WD Swim School curriculum.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment while enforcing all aquatic safety policies and procedures.
- Respond to emergencies, perform water rescues, and administer First Aid when required.
- Monitor student progress and provide coaching and guidance to instructors.
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student development and address questions or concerns professionally.
- Inspect the pool deck and equipment before and after lessons, reporting maintenance or safety issues to management.
- Set up, organize, and properly store pool equipment, including lane lines and teaching materials.
- Complete accident and incident reports accurately and assist in maintaining a clean, organized facility.
- Support instructor training, mentoring, and daily swim school operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an aquatic leadership role (Deck Supervisor, Aquatic Supervisor, Head Swim Instructor, Senior Instructor, or Team Lead).
- Previous swim instruction experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Current First Aid, CPR, and Lifeguard certifications are required.
Availability
- Available to work a minimum of 3 shifts per week (12+ hours).
- Evening and weekend availability preferred.

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
