Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and safety-conscious Warehouse Manager & Delivery Driver to oversee daily warehouse operations while supporting the delivery and pickup of materials, parts, and equipment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring efficient warehouse organization, and providing timely deliveries to job sites and customers.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, physically capable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional service both within the warehouse and on the road.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Management
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, shelving, and storage areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment requests.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Prepare materials, parts, and equipment for technicians and field crews.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate the return, repair, and disposal of materials as required.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and warehouse activities.
Delivery & Transportation
- Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites, suppliers, and customers.
- Pick up parts and materials from vendors as required.
- Verify delivery contents and obtain signatures when necessary.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Plan routes to maximize efficiency and meet delivery schedules.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance requirements promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Qualifications Required
- Valid G Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to operate G-Class rated trailers safely
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Experience using inventory management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification.
- Experience in construction, elevator, industrial, or service-related industries.
- Knowledge of inventory control practices and warehouse best practices.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures.
