Job Title: HR Administrative

Location: Kitchener (Onsite)
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR files.
- Assist with recruitment, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and new-hire paperwork.
- Support employee onboarding and ensure required documents and training are completed.
- Maintain attendance, vacation, leave, and employee status trackers.
- Assist with payroll and timekeeping by reviewing records and identifying discrepancies.
- Track mandatory employee training, certifications, and background checks.
- Assist with HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
- Support employee inquiries and provide general HR administrative assistance.
- Assist with employee changes, transfers, promotions, resignations, and terminations.
- Prepare HR reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documentation.
- Support HR projects, employee surveys, audits, and other duties as assigned.
Skills
- Proven experience with HRIS platforms
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across team
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Demonstrated administrative experience with data collection, data entry, interviewing support, and record keeping in human resources environments.
