Yardworx is seeking an experienced Production Manager to take full ownership of our field operations across landscaping and snow removal services. This is a senior role responsible for driving performance, leading crews at scale, and ensuring operational excellence across all service lines.

What You'll Be Responsible ForOperational Leadership
- Take full ownership of daily field operations and service execution
- Make real-time decisions during weather events and high-demand periods
- Ensure all work is completed to company standards and within required timelines
- Identify inefficiencies and continuously improve processes and execution
Team Performance & Accountability
- Lead, manage, and develop multiple field crews
- Set expectations and hold crews accountable to performance, quality, and behavior standards
- Address performance issues directly and make staffing decisions when needed
- Build and maintain a strong, reliable workforce
Routing Strategy & Execution
- Design and oversee efficient routing strategies across all service lines
- Adjust plans dynamically based on conditions, staffing, and workload
- Ensure resources are allocated effectively to meet demand
Quality Control & Customer Outcomes
- Own service quality across all properties
- Resolve escalated issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct site inspections and enforce quality expectations
- Drive customer retention through consistent service delivery
Business & Revenue Support
- Contribute to growth by identifying service opportunities and efficiencies
- Support quoting, job costing, and service planning
- Work closely with sales to ensure profitable and executable work is secured
Systems, Reporting & Oversight
- Ensure operational data is accurate, complete, and reliable
- Monitor production performance and key metrics
- Maintain strong documentation to support accountability and liability protection
Safety Leadership
- Set the standard for safety across all crews
- Enforce compliance with company policies, SECOR, and OHS requirements
- Lead incident response and ensure proper follow-up and reporting
