Richmond Night Market is looking for 10 more part-time staff until the beginning of SEPTEMBER 2026. This job opportunity is perfect for young and energetic high school and university students who are looking for work experience and are able to work on weekends, and after school. No work experience is required!
Richmond Night Market is an annual night market event held through the summer months in Richmond, British Columbia.
The event runs on weekends and is located near River Rock Casino and the Bridgeport SkyTrain Station.
We are currently looking for general labour staff who have the time commitment to help out with our event until September.
Applicants who can commit to the full season will be prioritized.
The Zoom Pass Seller will have duties (but not limited to) such as:
- Promoting and selling Zoom Passes to visitors
- Greeting customers with a friendly and energetic attitude
- Providing excellent customer service and assisting visitors with Night Market information, attractions, promotions, and directions
- Encouraging guests to purchase passes and upselling when appropriate
- Handling cash and processing transactions accurately
- Maintaining a positive, outgoing, and sales-driven atmosphere in the team
Qualifications:
· Friendly and adaptable
· Hardworking, punctual, and motivated
· Work well in teams as well as individually
· A secondary language would be an asset
· Past experience as a cashier or an event helper would be an asset
