TEMPORARY PART-TIME Position (anticipated term of 12 months with possibility of extension)
22.5 hours per week (3 days per week – Monday to Friday office hours)
Work schedule to be determined; Wednesdays are mandatory

THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Strategic Partnerships Solution Manager, the Administrative Assistant, Strategic Partnerships is a versatile, generalist position responsible for supporting and contributing to the Strategic Partnerships team.
This is a temporary part-time role providing coverage for an employee who is currently on a leave of absence. The position is expected to continue until the employee returns, although the exact end date is not yet known.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Strategic Partnerships inbox by reviewing and triaging incoming requests, researching needs, and coordinating with internal teams to determine next steps.
- Coordinate requisition ordering requests with the relevant managers and arrange for courier drop offs/mail outs when required.
- Update referrer and clinic details in applicable data sources.
- Coordinate distribution of monthly service updates to referrers and clinics.
- Assist with the planning, coordination and implementation of both internal and external department events.
- Maintain Salesforce CRM and MedInformatix data for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Other general tasks as assigned and required to further the goals and strategies of the department.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate degree or diploma from an accredited institution, preferably in Business Administration or Medical Office Administration.
- Experience in health care, preferably in a large, complex health organization that includes the core responsibilities of this role.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional and proven data entry and analysis skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or other mainstream CRM system.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required; familiarity with Google Analytics, Power BI and other tools is a plus.
- Working knowledge of medical and anatomy terminology is an asset.
- Demonstrable business experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
- Experience working with confidential information and related policies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, highly motivated, organized, and detail oriented.
- Track record of successfully delivering multiple projects in parallel under dynamic timelines.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage complex workloads effectively.
- Demonstrates strong work ethic and sound judgment, with the ability to take initiative.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently.
TOTAL REWARDS
The following represents Mayfair’s reasonable estimate of the hiring compensation range for this role.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $24 to $28 per hour based on 22.5 hours per week
