As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional to join us as our next Customer Success & Inside Sales Representative.
About the Role
This is much more than a customer service position.
As the primary point of contact for many of our customers across North America, you'll help contractors, distributors, manufacturers, and OEMs find the right fastening solutions for their applications. You'll provide exceptional service, prepare quotations, process orders, answer product questions, and work closely with our outside sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure customers receive the support they expect from MURO.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by phone and email.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Recommend products and fastening solutions based on customer applications.
- Support our outside sales team with pricing, order management, and customer communication.
- Build long-term relationships with contractors, distributors, manufacturers, and OEM customers.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new products and grow existing accounts.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Continue learning about new products, fastening systems, and industry applications.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping customers and has experience working with industrial or construction-related products.
Preferred Experience
Experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, contractor sales, or account management within industrial distribution, construction materials, fastening systems, building products, or manufacturing is highly valued.
Experience with companies such as Fastenal, White Cap, Home Depot Pro Desk, Brafasco, Würth, Graybar, EMCO, Guillevin, or similar industrial or construction supply distributors would be considered a strong asset.
We also welcome candidates with experience in roofing, framing, decking, modular construction, trailer manufacturing, RV manufacturing, marine, or other industrial manufacturing environments.
If you've worked in construction, manufacturing, building materials, or industrial distribution and enjoy helping customers find the right solution, we'd love to hear from you. Product knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a customer-first attitude are just as important as previous sales experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of customer service, inside sales, or sales support experience.
- Experience with industrial, construction, or fastening products is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
