As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and organized Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day marketing activities, campaigns, content updates, and local marketing initiatives across multiple Next Golf locations.
Position Overview
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, comfortable with digital tools, and able to manage multiple marketing tasks at once.
The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of marketing campaigns, email communications, social media content, Google Business Profile updates, website content requests, franchise marketing assets, promotional materials, and internal marketing coordination.
The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, following brand guidelines, coordinating with internal teams, and helping keep marketing projects organized and moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for Next Golf locations across Ontario
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including drafting copy, preparing content, coordinating graphics, and supporting campaign scheduling
- Create and organize marketing content for promotions, seasonal offers, leagues, memberships, gift cards, and location announcements
- Support social media content planning and post preparation for Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels
- Prepare Google Business Profile posts and local marketing updates for multiple locations
- Coordinate with internal teams, franchisees, designers, media partners, and operations staff as needed
- Help organize marketing assets, campaign calendars, creative files, and promotional materials
- Assist with website content updates by preparing copy, images, links, and update requests
- Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, spelling, formatting, and brand alignment
- Support the creation of Canva graphics, basic layouts, email banners, social posts, and promotional templates
- Help prepare campaign briefs, reports, reminders, and internal marketing updates
- Monitor campaign deadlines and keep marketing tasks organized
- Support special projects such as new location openings, seasonal campaigns, events, and league promotions
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, social media, or a related role
- Strong written English skills with the ability to write clear, customer-friendly marketing copy
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and location-specific details
- Comfortable using digital tools such as Canva, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo, Webflow, or similar platforms
- Basic design sense and ability to work with templates and brand guidelines
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
- Comfortable communicating with team members, franchisees, and external partners
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Experience with email marketing, social media scheduling, Google Business Profile, or website updates is an asset
- Golf knowledge is an asset but not required

- Meta Ads / Meta Business Suite familiarity
- Google Business Profile experience
- Webflow or website CMS experience
- Experience supporting multi-location businesses, franchises, or retail/service brands
