About the Role
DI Develop Inc is looking for a sharp, self-driven Order Support Specialist to monitor live e-commerce orders and resolve issues in real time. You'll be the person making sure orders don't fall through the cracks - identifying problems fast, calling restaurants directly, and getting things resolved before customers are affected.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where no two shifts are the same. If you're someone who stays calm under pressure, thinks on your feet, and takes ownership of problems - this is for you.
What You'll Do
- Monitor a live order dashboard for flagged or unaccepted orders
- Call restaurant partners directly to identify and resolve issues quickly
- Track resolution times and escalate when needed
- Maintain clear notes on each case
Hours
Full-time, 5 days/week. Flexible days - weekend availability is preferred. Shifts run during afternoon and evening hours (specific times TBD), with peak activity between 5-9 PM. You must be available during this window, at least couple times a week.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent English - both spoken and written (this is non-negotiable; you'll be on the phone constantly)
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Strong critical thinking - you diagnose problems and act, you don't wait to be told
- Self-motivated with a positive, solutions-first attitude
- Previous experience in customer support, dispatch, or operations is an asset
Bonus Points
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese - this is a significant advantage given our restaurant partner base
