ABOUT THE ROLE:
The client service coordinator is the central point of contact for clients, care providers, and referral sources. Your focus will be to ensure a positive client experience in every way including by effectively scheduling direct care providers in the community to meet the requirements of client care. The position requires a compassionate and caring individual who is skilled at problem-solving and has strong communication skills. You thrive with the pressures of exceptional service delivery and scheduling responsibilities.
Position Includes (and not limited to):
- Relationships: get to know, understand and develop a strong working relationship with caregivers, clients, the team and all stakeholders.
- Standards: Promote consistency and management of caregiver's assignments and coordination of services in three cities.
- Excellence: Monitor and ensure high standards in care delivery
- Communication: create and maintain accurate documentation using scheduling platforms and communication channels .
- Growth: Be open to cross training and learning different aspects of the business.
- Flexibility: Participate in rotating on-call to deliver outstanding care.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
