Customer Service & Field Associate (Casual)
Keystone Landscaping Servicers is looking for motivated, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service & Field Associates.
This is a casual seasonal position. Hours are based on workload, weather conditions, and customer demand. Hours are not guaranteed, but additional work opportunities may become available as the company continues to grow.
Responsibilities
- Professionally represent Keystone Landscaping Servicers within the community.
- Speak with homeowners to introduce and promote our landscaping services.
- Generate new customer leads and schedule service appointments.
- Provide excellent customer service and answer general questions.
- Employees who consistently demonstrate strong performance, professionalism, and reliability may be advanced into our Landscape Crew.
- Once advanced, assist with grass cutting, trimming, edging, blowing, property cleanups, and other hands-on seasonal landscaping services.
- Work safely, efficiently, and as part of a team.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
Pay & Advancement
- This position begins with performance-based commission pay while generating new customer leads and service appointments.
- Commission pay means your earnings are based on the work you help generate, rather than receiving an hourly wage during this stage. The more successful you are in bringing in new customers, the greater your earning potential.
- Employees who consistently demonstrate strong performance, professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude may be advanced into our Landscape Crew.
- Once advanced into the Landscape Crew, employees will transition to a different pay structure while performing grass cutting, trimming, edging, property cleanups, and other hands-on seasonal landscaping services.

Requirements
- Must be 17 years of age or older.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
- Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Must be willing and able to walk multiple neighbourhood blocks.
- Must be willing to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Must be willing to work as a Landscape Crew Member performing grass cutting, trimming, edging, property cleanups, and other hands-on seasonal landscaping duties when required.
- Landscaping experience is an asset but is not required. Training will be provided.
