Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for sales across various industries including technology, B2B, and technical sales. Fluency in English is preferred to effectively engage with diverse markets. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth and enhancing our market presence through proactive business development and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate retail store accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Work closely with store managers and decision makers to increase product orders and sales volume.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stores maintain adequate stock to prevent product shortages.
- Identify opportunities to expand sales within existing accounts.
- Conduct regular in-person visits to corporate store locations (approximately 20% travel).
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and exceptional customer service.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is an asset.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, telemarketing techniques, and technical product presentations
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience.
- Experience in a corporate sales environment is preferred.
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean driving record.
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary of $50,000 – $55,000 CAD.
- 1% sales commission on receivables.
- Performance-based bonuses for achieving sales targets.
- Vehicle is picked up from the company office at the beginning of each workday and must be returned to the office at the end of the day.
