Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision and care, ensuring high-quality food service for costumer .
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes
- Cook menu items with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and storage spaces
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
- Support the kitchen team during busy service hours by managing multiple orders efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety protocols, including proper sanitation practices and temperature controls
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely meal delivery
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or holidays if required
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
