Job Overview

Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services
- Operate POS systems accurately for cash handling and transactions
- Process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Conduct product demos and provide detailed information about merchandise, especially in technology sales
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is organized and inviting
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers during busy periods
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed at all times
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves as needed
Skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or technical sales preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic math for transaction accuracy
- Bilingual abilities (English plus additional languages) are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette
- Organizational skills to manage merchandising, stock levels, and customer flow efficiently
- Ability to perform product demos confidently, especially in technology or electronics sectors
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Upselling techniques to enhance sales performance

Pay: $17.20-$31.84 per hour
