The Château Okanagan is looking for a reliable, guest-focused Night Shift Team Member to join our hospitality team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a calm evening environment, takes pride in detail, and values creating a warm, seamless experience for our guests.
Position Overview
- Night shift position with flexible start and end times for the right person
- Guest-service facing role in a luxury hospitality setting
- Ensuring the Château is peaceful, welcoming, and prepared for the following day
Responsibilities
- Providing friendly, professional assistance to guests as needed
- Light cleaning and tidying of common areas
- Preparing spaces for the next day (resetting areas, light organization)
- Maintaining a safe, quiet, and comfortable atmosphere overnight
Ideal Candidate
- Trustworthy, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong guest service mindset with a calm, polished presence
- Previous hospitality experience is an asset, but not required
