Job Title: Front Desk Staff/Weight room attendant
Location: Fitness 2000, Burnaby
Position Overview:
Fitness 2000 in Burnaby is looking for reliable, friendly, and team-oriented individual to join our front desk team/weight room attendant. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check in members as they arrive.
- Provide gym tours and assist new members with gym orientation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the gym.
- Ensure the gym environment remains neat, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Assist with general front desk duties, including answering phone calls and responding to member inquiries.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive experience for all gym members.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Previous experience in customer service or fitness environment is required.
- Current first aid and CPR
