Game Day Operations and Promotions Floor Manager
The Game Day Operations and Promotions Floor Manager position is a part-time position that will work directly under our Game Presentation Coordinator to bridge the gap between production and in-game activations. The key objective is to ensure smooth and on-time execution of all scripted in-arena events outside of gameplay. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and highly organized, able to communicate effectively with all game day personnel, arena staff, and other stakeholders while working in a fast-paced and high-pressure live environment.
Game Day Responsibilities:

Help coordinate and supervise all on-field and in-stand contests and promotions

Coordinate logistics and timing cues between production, lacrosse team operations and game day staff

Coordinate timing cues with 902 crew, dance team, in-arena host, performers and other game day contributors

Organize pre-game events (including concourse activities, youth activities, ceremonial events, etc.)

Assist with all Thunderbird operations at the arena, including setup and teardown.
Aid with game day scripting, promotions rundown, timelines, etc. as needed.

Qualifications

Sport Management majors preferred, but candidates with other concentrations will be considered

Must be enthusiastic and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment

Provide a fun, entertaining, and positive family-friendly experience for Thunderbirds fans

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Detail-oriented and extremely organized

Positive, outgoing attitude, and willingness to learn
Must be able to lift 10-40 lbs. and stand for long periods of time as needed
