Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with various manual tasks across our worksite, supporting the overall operations and ensuring a safe, efficient environment. The ideal candidate is physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment
- Assist with site cleanup and organization to ensure a safe working environment
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as needed
- Operate simple tools and machinery following safety protocols
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned duties efficiently
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or similar manual labor roles is a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are preferred
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to different tasks as needed
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
