We currently have an employment opportunity for an evening Maintenance Technician with handyman skills including basic plumbing.
Hours worked would be in the evenings from 2:00pm-1030pm, Thursday to Monday.
All equipment and required tools provided.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic knowledge and experience with plumbing fixtures such as faucets and toilets
- Experience with standard equipment and tools
- An attentive, proactive, reliable and efficient worker;
- A good listener and is good at taking directions;
- Behaving in a respectful, confidential matter when on site;
- Friendly personality and good communication skills;
- Capable of identifying issues and finding solutions;
- Able to work well without supervision;
- Able to communicate fluently in the English language;
- Legally entitled to work in Canada;
- Lives in the BC Lower Mainland area (applications from outside the BC Lower Mainland area will not be considered);
