ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a reliable, experienced Renovation Labourer / Contractor for ongoing project work across the GTA. The right candidate is hands-on, self-motivated, and comfortable working across a wide variety of residential and light commercial renovation projects from start to finish.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform general demolition safely and efficiently, including removal of drywall, flooring, fixtures, framing, and structural elements as directed
- Assist with or independently complete wood framing for walls, partitions, floors, and ceilings
- Hang, tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall to a professional standard
- Operate and maintain a full range of power tools including circular saws, reciprocating saws, drills, impact drivers, nail guns, grinders, and more
- Assist with rough carpentry, subfloor installation, and trim work as required
- Support tile, flooring, and fixture installation tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site throughout all phases of work
- Comply with all occupational health & safety requirements and PPE standards
- Communicate effectively with the project lead and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Perform other general renovation and labour duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial renovation, construction, or a related trade
- Demonstrated proficiency with a broad range of power tools and hand tools — safety-first approach is non-negotiable
- Solid working knowledge of demolition procedures, framing techniques, and drywall installation
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, or verbal instructions
- Physical fitness: comfortable with heavy lifting (50+ lbs), working at heights, kneeling, climbing ladders, and extended physical labour
- Reliable transportation to and from GTA job sites
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a professional attitude
- Valid Ontario driver's licence (asset)
- WHMIS and/or Working at Heights certification (asset, not required)
Pay: $20.80-$30.00 per hour
