Automotive Technician (J,A)
Location: Port McNeill, British Columbia, (J,A) – on Vancouver Island
Industry Experience: Automotive Technician
Requirements:
- MUST HAVE: Automotive Journeyman Technician; OR,
- MUST HAVE: Registered Automotive Apprentice, 2nd yr or greater
- MUST HAVE: Own tools
- NICE TO HAVE: Any brand experience
Pay:
- Expect to earn between: $83K/year to $200K/year (rate of pay is negotiable and based on experience) – Apprentices earn less
- Straight time shop with productivity bonuses starting at 120 hours
- Two weeks’ vacation after the first year (negotiable)
- Benefits after 90 Days (negotiable)
- Relocation assistance: Negotiable up to $1500 after 6-months of continuous employment

- Automotive repair: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Drivers' License (required)
- Canadian Automotive Journeyman ticket, or; (preferred)
- Registered Automotive Apprentice (preferred)
