Duties

- Participate in manufacturing processes related to carpentry projects
- Perform heavy lifting as needed to transport materials on-site
- Collaborate with team members on various residential construction projects
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of carpentry principles and practices is preferred
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship
- Willingness to learn from experienced professionals and take direction effectively
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during work hours
- A proactive attitude towards safety practices on the job site
