About the Role
We’re looking for a warm, confident, and service-driven Guest Services Agent to join our
hospitality team. This role is primarily based at the front desk, acting as the first point of contact for our hotel guests, but requires flexibility to support other departments when needed, including the spa and restaurant.
Our Guest Services team plays a critical role in shaping the guest experience — from the first reservation to check-out and beyond. If you genuinely enjoy helping people, solving problems, and creating thoughtful, memorable stays, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests and provide a polished, friendly front desk experience
- Assist with reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Respond to guest concerns and service requests with care, professionalism, and efficiency
- Support guest communication via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Help create exceptional stays by anticipating guest needs and offering thoughtful recommendations
- Assist other departments as needed, including spa and restaurant operations
- Maintain a strong understanding of hotel amenities, services, and local offerings
- Work collaboratively with housekeeping, maintenance, spa, and food & beverage teams
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Calm, solutions-focused approach to guest concerns
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Experience in spa and/or restaurant operations is a strong asset
- Interest in boutique hospitality and elevated guest experiences

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
