Why Join Design Dentistry?

- Supporting patient communication around services, promotions, and overall engagement with the practice
Who You Are
- Experienced dental receptionist
- Experience reviewing patient records to identify outstanding preventative and diagnostic services, including recalls, periodontal charting, examinations and radiographs (bitewings, panoramic x-rays etc), and proactively obtain insurance pre-authorizations

- Confident communicating with patients about costs
- Naturally warm, personable, and relationship-driven
- Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
- Able to anticipate needs and stay ahead of the schedule

- Long weekends off
- Privately owned clinic
- Stable, long-term team environment
Reporting Structure
This role reports directly to the Office Manager, with clear expectations and support in place to help you succeed.
Who This Role Is For
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Can confidently manage a busy front desk without constant direction
- Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion
- Genuinely enjoys connecting with patients and creating a positive experience
