Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and safety standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an enjoyable experience
- Manage cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety for all patrons
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, and beverages efficiently to keep service seamless
- Handle cashing out customers, balancing registers, and performing cashiering duties with precision
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending, serving, or food industry roles is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS and basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
- Experience in restaurant or food service environments is a plus
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting
