Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional B2B Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on outbound cold calling and cold emailing to develop new business relationships with curtain stores, window covering dealers, interior designers, and design studios across the Greater Toronto Area and beyond.
The ideal candidate is confident in communication, persistent in outreach, and experienced in generating leads and building long-term B2B relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily cold calls to curtain stores, blinds dealers, and interior design studios
- Send structured cold emails and follow-up communications to potential clients
- Introduce company products and services clearly and professionally
- Identify decision-makers and qualify leads for wholesale accounts
- Maintain and update CRM or lead tracking records
- Follow up consistently with potential clients to convert leads into active accounts
- Coordinate with internal team regarding pricing, samples, and client requirements
- Meet weekly/monthly outreach and lead generation targets
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) with clear, professional tone
- Proven experience in cold calling and/or cold emailing (B2B sales preferred)
- Comfortable initiating conversations with business owners and decision-makers
- Persistent, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain positive engagement
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead generation
- Experience in home décor, window coverings, interior design, or wholesale industry is an asset but not required
Preferred Qualities (Optional)
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Familiarity with the Canadian or North American interior design market
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Pay: $34,400.00-$122,943.75 per year
