We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our facility, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to team success in a fast-paced setting.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed
- Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects or tasks
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of workspaces to ensure safety and cleanliness
- Help with moving supplies, tools, and products throughout the facility
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Support team members with miscellaneous tasks that contribute to overall project goals
- Operate basic hand tools or machinery if required (training provided)
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures and detail-oriented approach
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively
- Prior experience in manual labour or construction is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work well within a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Reliable transportation or proximity to the work site is preferred
