Blue Sky Contracting has been building high-quality outdoor spaces throughout the GTA for over 20 years. As we continue to grow, we’re adding a new crew and looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Crew Member who takes pride in craftsmanship and wants to grow into a leadership position.

We’re looking for someone with strong work ethic, initiative, and leadership potential. The right candidate may have the opportunity to advance into a Crew Leader position within as little as 3 months based on performance.
This is not a dead-end job. Strong performers can advance into Crew Leader and Foreman roles as our company continues to grow.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on landscape construction experience
- Experience installing interlock, retaining walls, natural stone, and precast concrete steps
- Experience with excavation, grading, and site preparation
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a team environment
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid G Driver’s License preferred
- Equipment experience is an asset
Responsibilities
- Interlock installation and repairs
- Retaining wall construction
- Natural stone and concrete step installations
- Excavation, grading, and site preparation
- Material handling and general construction duties
- Safe operation of hand and power tools
- Maintaining clean, organized, and professional jobsites

Compensation
$25–$35+ per hour depending on experience and skill level
Only experienced landscape construction applicants will be considered.
