POSITION SUMMARY
The role of a retail sales associate at The Seven Eighty is to build connections with customers while maintaining friendly and positive vibes for everyone! We are looking for intelligent individuals with a good work ethic to join or team! Experience is not required, however, willingness to learn is. We work hard to create a fun and positive environment for everyone to thrive and grow.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues using written and spoken English language skills
- A customer focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment
- A passion for selling and improving customer experience
- Ability to create a vibe that others will feel comfortable with
- Able to have fun while still being productive and focused!
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to follow direction
- Open availability. Monday to Saturday 10am to 8pm. Sundays 11am to 6pm.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide accurate, timely, and excellent customer service.
- Maintain inventory levels in accordance with established procedures.
- Work with the rest of the team to maintain a positive work environment.
- Building connections with customers
- Completing daily, weekly, and month task lists
- Keeping the store tidy, and visibly attractive to customers
- Receive product from our vendors or from our other locations, and these items being put out in a timely manner.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
