Paradyme Painting LTD. is seeking an experienced painter to join our team. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial painting projects with a strong focus on craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, motivated painter with solid experience in residential and/or commercial painting. The ideal candidate takes pride in clean, high-end work, works efficiently, and communicates well.
Responsibilities
- Interior and exterior painting
- Surface preparation including sanding, filling, masking, and caulking
- Spraying, rolling, and brush application
- Maintaining clean and organized job sites
- Working quickly and efficiently
- Working safely on ladders and lifts
- Communicating professionally with team members and other trades
- Completing projects to a high standard and within deadlines
Requirements
- Previous professional painting experience preferred
- Ability to follow directions and think proactively
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working at heights when required
