Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations ensuring smooth service.
- Prepare and serve a variety of craft cocktails with creativity and precision.
- Manage inventory, including POS systems and stock levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
- Train and supervise staff to uphold company standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming environment.
- Work closely with management to execute regular service and special events with ease.
- Working with guests to create curated menus for their events.
- Create new menu items seasonally and bring in new products to keep menus exciting for guests.
Qualifications
- Preferred candidates will have 2+ years experience as a cocktail bartender, ideally in a leadership position.
- Qualifications include extensive restaurant experience and proficiency with POS systems.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Excellent time management, and hospitality skills.
- Basic math, cash handling, and food handling expertise are essential.
- Strong leadership skills. Understands how to delegate work and lead a team during busy services.
Pay: $17.00 per hour
